As soon as this silky sublime number touched my body in this stiflingly hot weather, I was in heaven. Literally. Let's give it up for this cool yet sexy outfit that manages to still leave something to the imagination and give a subtle touch of "queen-dom" while doing it. Not surprisingly, it was snagged from one of my absolute favorite online boutiques-- boohoo.com.

Lately, the weather has been off the chain hot here in Atlanta and I am NOT one who likes heat. Finding ideal ensembles for my events have been relatively difficult. So, when I discovered this sexy masterpiece of an outfit on boohoo.com, it was love at first sight. The cool, silk material, along with the matching shorts and a dramatic cleavage pop was just right for an event that I attended that day. Y'all know that I am all about subtle sexiness and this ensemble actually made me feel a little regal while maintaining some mystery. I've realized that any ensemble that has a slight train makes me feel so vuluptuous...so sensual...so vivacious!  I added some glittered, slightly platformed single soles by Michaelantonio.com. These shoes can work with anything; I like to throw them on with jeans or even match them with a romper and I'm good to go.

This post is also a great opportunity to shoutout my jewelry connect-- mirinacollections.com.  Collabing with this beast of an accessories boutique has been amazing as they have provided me with tons of great statement pieces that have been all that was needed to make every ensemble pop. Mirina offers many cool, high quality pieces-- some more simple, basic pieces to the breathtaking gold piece that I wore above.

Velvet Meets Plastic: Nicholas Kirkwood

Have you been to my IG lately and noticed these babies? Well, other than being absolutely fantastic, they are brimming with details like a svelte velvet texture complemented with a royal blue plastic (yes, plastic!) bowtie.
